Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you have received your products to issue a return.


Your purchased product must be returned to us in a new condition - unworn and in our original packaging. Please also include a copy of your invoice with the return. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and please do contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right!

Refunds

Once a return has been received you will be notified and if approved you will then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
